You give good advice about individuality that was insightful. I feel most people are strangers to this concept of being oneself and finding one's own interests. Also, the story within your lecture was perfect to get your point across.

I really liked the theme of slow down and enjoy life. That is a topic that I really love. The presentation was smooth, and there weren't many awkward pauses or "ums". Over all, a great job.
